INTRALOT enters the Baltic States; New contract in Lithuania

INTRALOT Interactive, a member of the INTRALOT Group, signed a contract with the Lithuanian leading lottery operator, OLIFEJA, to supply the next generation Internet Platform that includes the Player Management System, the Application Integration Framework, and a complete suite of Games. The duration of the contract is for three (3) years with an option to extend it for two (2) additional years.

According to the agreement, INTRALOT Interactive will provide OLIFEJA with the core player management platform and interactive games, such as Bingo, Keno and fun-Poker, as well as more than 40 e-Scratch and e-Instant games.

OLIFEJA is the leader of the Lithuanian lottery market with a market share of 95% through a network of 1,800 non-dedicated Points of Sale. The company operates lottery games, TV Bingo, TV Keno, Lotto and Instants, as well as bingo and side games through the Internet.

Lithuania is a country in Nothern Europe, the southernmost of the three Baltic States. With a population of approximately 3.3 million people and a GDP per capita of $16,542, Lithuania is considered to have one of the fastest growing economies in the European Union. In 2009 Lithuania’s total Games Gross Turnover exceeded €400m.
