Affiliates Management

For affiliate’s management INTRALOT Interactive relies either on internal system functionality to customize current assets appropriately for the affiliation needs of a given operation and project or on a standard industry service of super-affiliate or aggregator. The former is preferred in most cases due to tighter control of technical and business aspects and also security and financial detail reliability. Third party services are useful in order to gain critical mass and ensure exposure at a manageable cost; however, when the business strategy is to fully optimize revenues and customer acquisition effectiveness, third parties become only a secondary service.
 
Our internal affiliate management system provides both operator and affiliates several modules that enable smooth content distribution and players’ recruitment.

 The potential Affiliate can register through the Affiliate Web Site- either direct via a unique url or through textlink or promo banner on the gaming web site and after successful registration is able to apply for a deal, handle sub-affiliates, monitor his earnings, retrieve marketing material, request payment and communicate with the Operator. The Operator through the Back office is able to accept/reject an affiliate, create promotions, monitor affiliate performance, distribute affiliate earnings. The solution is flexible in terms of commercial models.

The Operator can define various payment plans for affiliates such as:
  • % Net Revenue Scheme: % net revenue of all referred customers losses
  • Bounty/ CPA: affiliates will qualify for the bounty once the new active customers has registered made a deposit and turnover min specified by the operator
  • Hybrid model (CPA + Rev Share)
The plan and the commission rate may vary from affiliate to another, according to operator’s decision.
 
Furthermore, through the promotion manager module the operator launches promotions which have various marketing material and graphics (banners, flash banners or text links) available in many dimensions, formats etc. these can be available to all or specific affiliates, to all or specific channels, concerning all or specific products. Affiliates then can easily create promotions/campaigns with generated trackers. With the Marketing Campaign set, active and visible on the Affiliate’s website, the Affiliate is able to attract the visitors of the web site to be interested on the Campaign. Players that visit the Gaming site via the Affiliate‟s web site by clicking on the Marketing Campaign materials, and register get linked to the Affiliate, meaning that a Player belongs only to the Affiliate via whom he has registered. The Player’s gaming activity from then on is recorded and assigned to the Affiliate.
