Versatile Player Registration Processes

Intralot Interactive's Gaming Platform has been designed on the concept of single account – e-wallet across all account-based sales channels such as retail network (through terminals), Internet, Mobile Telephony and iTV. Players can register with the System either via online registration methods such as internet or offline registration methods such as POS, Call Centre and Post by sending/submitting their application along with the required documents.

Unified Player Account Management

The Player Account Management module implements a single repository for all players. The player’s account comprises of a set of unique identification attributes, user login  credentials and customer profile that stores personal and demographic data. Each player account is linked with single e-wallet, multiple payment means, list of communication channel for sharing information, group policy that defines controlling rules (financial transactions and game participation limits, IP blocking policies, passwords, etc.)

Transactions History

The Platform enables each player to navigate through his/her gaming and financial transactions data. The platform, using its sophisticated monitoring mechanisms, records all the transactions performed by each player during a user session.

Player Payment Methods

Players Account Management e-wallet functionality offers players a variety of ways to perform deposits and withdrawals to and from their account, through electronic transfers (e-payments) to bank accounts, credit/debit cards, Prepaid cards etc. All payment methods available in the various jurisdictions where we operate have been integrated and are available through the platform.

Furthermore, the player wallet is the most sophisticated in the industry with the possibility to define several different pockets in the same wallet, with different rules about funds management and consumption and several different currencies supported simultaneously (real money and virtual types of currencies or credits).

Responsible Gaming Framework

As a long standing and active member of the World Lottery Association (WLA) and the European Lotteries association (EL), we commit to the principles and standards for Responsible Gaming.
The Platform incorporates responsible gaming tools that provide both players and Lottery users to define and set game and financial limits.

Defined controls over gaming

Both players and operators are able to define weekly or daily spending limits and can configure them at any given time. Players can also request additional self-exclusion ‘measures’ to be imposed by submitting to the system operators a special request.
System constantly monitors and records players gaming and financial activities and assesses players’ behaviour. Alerts for problem gambling may be sent to the players that are detected to develop addictive gaming behaviour.
